I’ve gotta admit i’m fascinated with country singers’ houses. Lately we’ve been doing a bunch of “house tour” type videos and we think people are enjoying them.
In this video, we start off visiting Dolly Parton’s house that is located in Brentwood, Tennessee. They bought the 3,324 square foot home in 1999 for $400,000
The next home we take a look at was bought in 2008 by Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman. They purchased this mansion in Nashville for $3.47 million. This home is 10,925 square-foot and has 7 bedrooms, 8.5 bathrooms, a tennis court, and a swimming pool!
Our next home was previously owned by Reba McEntire and she sold it for $3 million in 2017. The 12,819 square foot home is located in Lebanon, Tennessee. An interesting tidbit about the next home is that it was owned by both Jake Owen and Loretta Lynn!
This home is located in Kingston Springs and is 4,918 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. It also comes with a chef kitchen, a workout room and an elevator inside. It comes with a recording studio and tiki bar as well if you were curious! It’s also sitting on over 7 acres of woods!
Miranda Lambert’s $3.4 million dollar estate is in Williamsport, Tennessee. This 400-acre property features a main house along with two cabins, a lake stocked with fish, a boathouse, horse barn and 75 acres of fenced pastures. Of course, Miranda Lambert also loves the massive fire pit and the pavilion which are perfect for summer cookouts and bonfires in the fall.
Kelly Clarkson is next up on our list with a mansion in Henderson, Tennessee. Her mansion is on sale and listed at $8.75 million dollars if you were wondering!
On its 4-acre lot, the 20,000 square foot waterfront estate comes with a swimming pool, a sand volleyball court and a deepwater dock. It’s got 7 bedrooms, full bathrooms and 3 half baths. One of my favorite features though has to be the “cowboy bar” that comes with horse saddle bar stools!
