Arrest made in drive-by shooting at ‘Duck Dynasty’ star Willie Robertson’s estate

The Louisiana authorities have arrested a man who was connected to the Friday afternoon drive-by shooting involving the “Duck Dynasty” estate of Willie Robertson.

The Ouachita Parish Sheriff’s Office in Monroe, Louisiana, charged Daniel King Jr., 38, with one count of aggravated assault by drive by shooting and one count of criminal neglect of family and booked into OCC. Bond was set at $150,000.

The deputies responded aroudn 2:30pm on Friday to a report of a shooting from a vehicle around the estate of Willie Robertson in West Monroe, Louisiana.

According to Robertson, one of the shots went through the window of the home into the bedroom where Willie’s son, John Luke and wife Mary Kate, and their infant child are staying during the coronavirus crisis.

Luckily no one was injured. Thank God!

“We were pretty shook up,” Robertson said in a Sunday interview with USA Today Network. “It looks like they were just spraying bullets across my property.” Robertson said 8-10 shots were fired.

“Nobody was outside at the time, but everybody had been out about five minutes before,” Robertson said. “I had just gone to the store when it happened.”
