Take A Look At Luke Bryan’s Farm and House Tour

Luke Bryan and his wife Caroline Boyer have 2 incredible homes. One is a beach home that’s in Florida, and the one we’re going to share more of in this video is a nice farm just south of Nashville. This farm was designed by a local interior designer by the name of Chad James. This particular project includes a guest home, barn and a main house on the 150-acre farm.

The couple named this home Red Bird Farm after Luke’s late sister Kelly, who passed away suddenly in 2007. Luke was very close to Kelly. At the Red Bird Farm, Luke and Caroline rescue farm animals on their property. The original inspiration for the barn came when Luke visited Blackberry Farm just outside of Knoxville. It actually served as a backdrop for an album release party and was featured in Billboard Magazine.

“One day, we were out there and Luke said, ‘Have you ever been to Blackberry Farm? If you can make this farm look like Blackberry Farm, I’ll be the happiest man on this planet,’” James told Nashville Lifestyles. This led to James working on the farm and renovating it into a modern home with the “weathered farmhouse feel.”

It sits on 150 acres with an 1,800-square-foot guesthouse, a 7,000 square-foot barn & a main house that’s just under 10,000 square feet.

When James was working on the main house and the barn, Luke and family were able to live in the guest house and help with the construction. The completed guest house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, an upstairs media room, a front porch, and a screened-in porch on the side, which leads down to a catfish pond.
