Take a Look Inside Florida Georgia Line’s Brian Kelley’s Nashville Home!

Florida Georgia Line singer Brian Kelley and his wife Brittney live on a 70-acre rural estate that includes three homes, a party barn, a saloon and the famous treehouse recording studio that Treehouse Masters installed for him. They put the property on the market for $6.24 million in 2017, but removed the listing when the couple decided to make it their forever home.

In an honest new interview with Taste of Country Nights, he shares why.

“We tested the waters and the waters weren’t right,” Kelley confesses. “To be honest with you, I had too many voices in my ear. It was very eye-opening, to be honest with you. We will never sell that place. We’re never going to let that thing go.”

With an original asking price of $6.24 million, the compound of sorts features three separate homes, a 500 sq. ft. recording studio and a bevy of bars. But ultimately, Kelley says that the property just holds too much to him, personally, to ever sell it to someone else.

“That’s the cornerstone — the treehouse and everything that my wife and I’s relationship and our marriage and our creativity will be,” Kelley continues to tell ToC Nights host Sam Alex. “We will pass that to our dogs one day, if you know what I’m saying. Probably before we sell it.”

Granted, there was definite interest in the property when it was up for sale.

“We had a couple different people who thought they were interested,” the Florida Georgia Line star says of the home, which served as the perfect venue for his wedding to Brittany back in 2013. “It was very clear to me, the land let me know when I came back, you’re not going to let this thing go. You’ve got a lot of hits and a lot of memories to make there.”

This beautiful place is located in the hills of Tennessee and is only 25 minutes from downtown Nashville.

To be honest with you, this place would be the perfect wedding venue if they decided to rent it out for that. The magical, woodsy home is an absolutely beautiful place. The land comes with six home structures and is surrounded by both hiking and biking trails.

“The Shack” is a 1,500 square-foot house with the master suite designed by Bobby McAlpine and has the rustic-chic interior along with an outdoor space. “The Shack” is the main part of the house, but there are two other homes with 4,000 and the other with 2,600 square feet.

It is one of the greatest indoor-outdoor architecture designs there is, with it being sort of nuzzled into the side of the mountain.

“Our inspiration was to be as natural as possible and camouflage into the woods,” says Kelley. “Our interior design inspiration has always been combining mine and Brittney’s love and travels. Our living space is inspired by everywhere we have gone and everyone we have met.”

“The Treehouse” was an addition from Brian to the compound and was actually featured on the Animal Planet show “Treehouse Masters.” It’s got a bedroom along with a recording studio and has a cool bridge to get to it.

There’s also the “Party Barn” which might be my favorite place of all. It’s got a full bar and a cool hangout space along with a lofted bedroom.

The three garage doors in the “Party Barn” open up to the beautiful natural surroundings.

As you’re driving through the property you’ll see “The Rusty Saloon” which is a small building that has a bar in it along with a cool little firepit that is absolutely perfect.
